01Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or submitting cards for grading, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02Our Services

TrueMint provides professional grading, authentication, and encapsulation services for trading cards. We assign grades based on our published grading scale, applying consistent professional standards to centering, corners, edges, and surface.

03Submissions & Shipping

You are responsible for properly packaging and insuring cards sent to us. Risk of loss during inbound shipping rests with you until your package is received and logged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit before they reach our facility.

04Grading & Authentication

Grading is a professional opinion based on careful expert evaluation. While we apply rigorous, consistent standards, grades are inherently subjective and are not guarantees of future value, market price, or resale outcome. All grading decisions are final unless reviewed through our re-grade process.

05Fees & Payment

Fees are based on the service tier and any add-ons you select at submission. Payment is due as described at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust pricing; the rates in effect at the time of your submission apply to that order.

06Liability & Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any card lost or damaged while in our care is limited to the lesser of the card’s accurately declared value at submission or the limits stated in our service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

07Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the TrueMint name, logo, grading scale, label designs, and graphics — is the property of TrueMint Grading and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Pokémon and related marks are the property of their respective owners.

08Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Submit counterfeit, altered, or stolen cards for grading.
• Tamper with, replicate, or misrepresent our slabs or certification labels.
• Use our certification lookup to verify or promote fraudulent items.
• Interfere with the security or operation of our website.

09Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrueMint Grading operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
