Last updated: June 2025

TrueMint Grading is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our digital experience.

01Our Commitment

We believe the hobby should be open to all. We strive to ensure that collectors of every ability can browse our services, read our grading scale, and verify certifications without barriers.

02Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. While we work toward full conformance, some areas may still be in progress.

03Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we:

  • Use sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds.
  • Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Structure pages with clear, semantic headings and landmarks.
  • Ensure interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard.
  • Design responsive layouts that adapt to different devices and zoom levels.

04Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers and common screen readers. We recommend keeping your browser and assistive technology up to date for the best experience.

05Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party tools and embedded content may not be under our direct control. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues.

06Feedback

We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please let us know — your input helps us improve for everyone.
