Because grading is a hands-on, time-intensive service, our refund policy reflects the work involved at each stage. Please read this carefully before submitting your cards.
Grading fees cover the labor and expertise involved in evaluating, authenticating, and encapsulating your cards. Once a card has been graded and slabbed, the associated grading fee is non-refundable, as the service has been fully rendered.
You may cancel a submission for a full refund of grading fees before grading begins. Once cards have entered the grading queue, fees are no longer refundable. To cancel, email us as soon as possible with your order details.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once your cards have been dispatched back to you.
We treat every card as if it were our own. In the rare event a card is lost or damaged while in our care, our liability is limited to the declared value of the card at the time of submission, up to the limits described in our Terms & Conditions. Please declare values accurately when you submit.
Re-grade and reholder requests are billed as new services and are non-refundable once completed. If you believe a grade was assigned in error, contact us within 14 days of receiving your slab and we will review the case fairly.
The following are non-refundable once work has begun:
To request a refund for an eligible, pre-grading submission, email contact@truemintgrading.com with your order number and reason. We review every request individually and aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
